You will start receiving your new reviews in Appbot as soon as we next fetch them for you, which depends on your fetch frequency settings. Fetch frequency is how often Appbot checks the App Stores for new reviews for each app that you are tracking, more info here.
Which plans offer Daily Fetch only?
Both the Small and Medium plans have access to daily fetch. Daily fetch means we’ll send our bots out to collect your reviews once per day. We’ll then send you the reviews in a single daily batch via email or via one of our integrations.
Which plans offer Continuous Fetch?
Users on the Large plan have access to an extra fetch frequency option as well as daily fetch, which is continuous fetch. Continuous fetch means our bots will be constantly monitoring the app store and sending you any new reviews as soon as they find them. There might still be a short delay before we can fetch a new review, but it’s rarely more than half an hour or so.
Changing Your Fetch Frequency
You can change between the two options from the manage apps tab.
Under the ‘Review Emails’ dropdown you will see three options to choose from:
- Continuous which means we’ll continually check the app stores and push reviews to you as we find them.
- Daily which means we’ll email all your reviews together once per day, and
- Off which means we won’t email you your reviews.
Once you’ve made a change, the page will reload and you’ll see a success message to let you know it’s worked!
Where do your reviews go?
Once we have fetched your reviews, they will be available for viewing throughout the various tools within the Appbot system. Your reviews will also be sent to your integrations and email inbox depending on how you have configured each one, learn more about emails here and learn more about integrations here.
