Here is a guide on how to report reviews to the app stores.

It’s never ideal to have app reviews that are inaccurate or potentially defamatory on your app store pages. Most negative reviews can be dealt with by a thoughtful app review reply. But there are sometimes cases when a reply isn’t enough, you want the review removed so need to report the review. You can request the stores to remove any inaccurate or potentially defamatory content.

We do not have the ability to report an app review from within Appbot it needs to be done in the developer account, but you can get there easily from Appbot.

Report an App Review via Appbot

From the Reviews page in Appbot:

1. Select the three dot menu at the bottom of the review
2. Then select “Reply in Console”
   
3. This will take you to the review in the developer account or the Amazon page to report the review. 

Report Reviews on the iOS App Store

Here’s how to report a review left on one of your apps on the iOS App Store:

1. Select “Report a Concern” at the bottom of the review.

2. Enter the details of the concern then choose the Submit button.

3. The App Store will review the report then make a decision on the review.

Report Reviews on the Google Play Store

1. Select the flag at the top right-hand of the app review:
   
2. Hit the “Report” button
   
3. Google will review the app review.

Report Reviews on the Amazon Store

1. From the review page select “Report”
   
2. Select the report reason and choose “Submit”
3. Amazon will review the review.

Removal of Reviews from Appbot

If you consider that a review on the Appbot system is materially inaccurate, irrelevant or defamatory in nature, please send us a request with the exact link to the review and supporting information on the nature of the materially inaccurate, irrelevant or defamatory review.
