For annual subscriptions we will send a reminder about your renewal 20 days before the renewal is due. The reminder email goes to the account team leaders and billing email addresses.
A Team Leader on the account can schedule the account cancellation for the end of the current subscription period at any time, through the Billings, Payment and Invoice page.
We will email the entire team 60, 30 and 3 days before the subscription is due to expire and then again when the subscription has expired.
If you wish to renew the subscription you can go to the Billings, Payment and Invoice page and hit the reactivate button.
