If you are having issues with Appbot we will ask to export the contents of the Google Chrome developer console. This is often done along side generating a HAR file.
Step 1 – Open up Google Chrome and navigate to the page where you’re experiencing the problem
Step 2 – Open the inspector by right clicking anywhere and pressing ‘Inspect’
Step 3 – Perform the actions on the page that cause the error
Step 4 – Select the ‘Console’ tab
Step 5 – Right click and select ‘Save as…’
Step 6 – Save the file to a place you will remember, like your Desktop
Step 7 – Email the file you saved to email@example.com
