How long does it take Auto Replies to reply to a new review?

The majority of reviews with Auto Replies enabled will have a reply within an hour of being fetched from the app stores. We are unable to give a precise time as it depends on number of variables, like how busy the system is with fetching reviews, the number of Auto Replies that are pending at a given time and so on.
