Appbot only fetches reviews for sources that are actively being followed by a trial or paid account. If you have just added a source to your account it can take a few days to fetch all the available reviews from the app stores. How long it takes will depend on how many reviews are available.
If the review count is not matching the app store:
- Have you selected the correct app version and date range with no other active filters?
