What will happen to my Chart Topper subscription?
Appbot aims to deliver a product that is continuously evolving in feature set, security and reliability and as a result our pricing may change from time to time.
The Chart Topper plan was removed from public sale in mid-2017. Since then, we have allowed customers who were on this plan to remain on it, with no price increase, and we cannot believe how quickly those 5 years have passed.
As of July 1 2022, the Chart Topper plan (including customized Chart Topper plans and Chart Topper + API plans) will be fully retired from our offering.
Chart Topper customers will be transitioned onto a Large plan with equivalent allowances (the same seats, sources, translations & API access if applicable).
What can I expect from my new Large plan?
Since 2017 Appbot has implemented many new features. Most recently, we’ve launched tools to allow you to reply to reviews from within Appbot or from integrations like Zendesk & Freshdesk. After the transition, you’ll have access to all the current features!
Will the price I pay for my Appbot subscription change?
Yes. Unfortunately, after more than 5 years at this pricing, a price increase for all Chart Topper users is unavoidable.
- Chart Topper users currently pay US$149/m billed annually, or $199/m billed monthly. These users will move to the Large 10 seat plan, priced at US$199 billed annually, or $249/m billed monthly.
- Chart Topper + API users currently pay US$249/m billed annually, or $299/m billed monthly. These users will move to the Large 10 seat + API plan, priced at US$299 billed annually, or $349/m billed monthly.
