It’s up to you – we offer both daily and continuous options for receiving reviews by email. For integrations, like Slack, you will receive the reviews soon after we receive them.
Some app stores publish new reviews throughout the day, others (notably Apple) release reviews in batches every 3-4 hours.
On the 9th of September 2022 Google announced that for public app ratings and reviews there will now be a delay of around 24 hours to moderate any suspicious activity. You can reduce this delay by connecting your Google Play Console.
You can expect to receive new reviews within 60 minutes of the app store publishing them if you’ve opted for continuous delivery.
