Do you fetch reviews in real-time?

It is complicated! We fetch reviews within minutes of them becoming available. Unfortunately, “when they become available” is the complicated part and outside of Appbot’s control.

Apple tend to hold reviews for 48 hours after a user has submitted them for moderation, it’s not possible to see them before Apple release them.
Publicly Google introduced a 24 hour delay for moderation.
Google Private tend to release reviews within an hour or two of them being submitted. This requires your Google Play Console to be connected to Appbot.
