Reconnecting a Google Play or Apple Linked Account without data loss

Sometimes you need to re-connect a linked account to Appbot due to an error or change in credentials.

The best way, to ensure there is no data lost, is to use the following steps:

  1. Go to https://app.appbot.co/link_accounts and take note of the account identified for your account
  2. Follow the Google Play or Appbot Apple instructions again to add a new linked account
  3. Wait until the apps appear under the new linked account at https://app.appbot.co/link_accounts
  4. Delete the old account (the one you noted down in step 1) from https://app.appbot.co/link_accounts. Deleting this last will ensure no data is lost

Once these steps are completed your account should be ready to go.
