5 Nov: Amazon recently made some changes that mean we are currently unable to access the Amazon product reviews.
11 Dec: Update – We are awaiting an update from Amazon. We apologise for the inconvenience. We will update this page as soon as we have more information.
- 8 Dec – Unable to fetch some Apple ratings and reviews.
- Oct 28 – Apple authenticated apps fetching & replying broken for some accounts
- Oct 17 2024 – Amazon product reviews fetch error.
- Sept 26 2024 – ChatGPT error for AI Replies & Auto Replies.
- Feb 11 2024 – Google changed how they share Google public ratings.
- Jul 28 2023 – Apple reviews delayed by Apple.
- Feb 23 2023 – Apple Linked Accounts were not fetching reviews or allowing replies. We found the issue and resolved.
- Oct 17 2022 – Google Play reviews were delayed. We found the issue and resolved.
- Jun 22 2022 – Google Play has changed the review format causing duplicate or missing reviews. New duplicates have stopped and old duplicates are being deleted, this may take some time.
- Apr 07 2022 – Apple reviews and ratings delayed by Apple.
- Mar 30 2022 – iOS authenticated reviews and replies are currently experiencing intermittent errors. We are investigating.
- Feb 24 2022 – iOS replies are currently experiencing intermittent errors. We are investigating.
- Feb 10 2022 – iOS private reviews are currently experiencing intermittent errors.
- Jan 07 2022 – Google Play ratings are no longer global. This is causing spikes on the public Google Play ratings. We are working on a fix.
- Nov 11 2021 – We experienced latency issues.
- Jul 26 2021 – iOS Authenticated apps weren’t fetching new reviews.
- Mar 13 2020 – Apple weren’t releasing new reviews for several days
- Sep 12 2019 – Public Google Play reviews weren’t fetching. We highly recommend you connect your GP Console.
- May 06 2019 – Google Play ratings weren’t fetching. Connect your GP Console to fill the gap.
- Mar 21 2018 – Google Play ratings weren’t fetching and caused a data gap for some customers.
- Mar 02 2018 – Amazon reviews are delayed.
- Feb 23 2018 – iOS and macOS reviews are delayed due to an Apple outage.
- Nov 01 2017 – Due to a Slack outage, we are unable to post reviews to Slack.
- Sep 27 2017 – Google Play (non authenticated) reviews are currently delayed. We are investigating. We suggest linking your console.
- Aug 07 2017 – Planned maintenance in progress. Appbot will be back soon.
- May 05 2017 – Microsoft reviews are delayed. We are investigating.
- Feb 28 2017 – We are experiencing issues with the reviews page not showing reviews.
- Feb 15 2017 – Apple reviews are not being made available in iTunes or the feeds.
- Feb 12 2017 – Some Amazon apps and products aren’t fetching reviews.
- Jan 27 2017 – Apple review fetching delayed for some apps.
- Nov 08 2016 – Windows reviews are currently not fetching, we are investigating.
- Aug 25 2016 – iTunes is not sending reviews since the 24th, we are actively monitoring.
- Aug 16 2016 – iTunes is currently returning errors. We are actively monitoring.
- Mar 09 2016 – Some customers are reporting errors with Slack. We are working with Slack on a solution.
- Feb 13 2016 – Google Play reviews are delayed. We are investigating.
- Feb 07 2016 – New iOS reviews are not currently coming through in our data feed. We are investigating.
- Nov 30 2015 – iOS versions are not currently available. We are investigating.
