What type of support is available from Appbot?

Appbot offers support via email only for all customers, including those on the Premium plan level. Our product is designed to be intuitive to use, and our whole business is geared toward enabling customers to get started and become effective users of Appbot, without the need for any consulting, phone support, or live training. This also helps us to keep our prices down as low as possible.

Customer support is provided from our contact form. We aim to answer all queries within 1 business day (AWST), and priority is allocated according to subscription size and the nature of the support request.
