Do I need to authenticate with the app store to use Appbot for app reviews?
No. You can monitor and analyze app reviews from any app that is publicly available, without authenticating with App Store Connect, Google Play Developer Console, Windows or Amazon app stores.
Appbot offers an optional authentication for Google Play apps. If you link your Google Play Developer Console to Appbot you will be able to report on app versions and devices for your app reviews as well as reply to reviews without leaving Appbot or Zendesk. This metadata is not available with the publicly offered reviews.
Appbot also offers optional authentication for iOS apps. Authenticate your iOS app with Appbot if you would like to enable reply features.
