Appbot is not designed to be a full CRM, so it doesn’t include extensive metrics of app review replies.
Some of our customers utilize tags of support agent names with the replied to filter to track how many review replies are being made by each support agent in a given period.
For those who require more comprehensive support metrics for app replies, we recommend integrating their current CRM through one of our many Reply Integrations (Large or Premium plans only).
