On the 9 September 2022 Google announced that they will be delaying the release of public app ratings and reviews to moderate them for suspicious activity.
If you have linked your Google Play Console account to Appbot you will have access to private reviews and ratings immediately, before they are moderated.
If you have not linked your Google Play Console then you will only have access to the public reviews and ratings after they have been moderated by Google.
