Since 2015, we’ve been building our own proprietary AI to power Appbot’s app review analysis tools. Over that time, we’ve analyzed nearly 4 billion app reviews, giving our AI a deep understanding of the unique language used in app reviews – from abbreviations and emojis to feature requests, bug reports, and customer sentiment.
