How do I see the ratings breakdown for Google Play?

As of May 2019 Google removed the public ratings breakdowns for Google Play apps. This means only the star ratings and total rating counts are available from that time onwards.

To restore the breakdowns, as well as the ability to see weekly and month stats, you will need to connect your Google Play Console account.
