Setting up your first Appbot Integration

One of the great benefits of Appbot is its ability to integrate with your most popular business tools to make life easier and more efficient. This could be in the form of Slack alerts when new reviews are posted, or Freshdesk tickets for when important customer feedback comes through.

A great example is if you have a customer support team managing your reviews, you may find it useful to manage your reviews inside your CRM, ticketing or chat tool. Another example of Appbot integrations is the Slack feedback bot, allowing reviews to be pushed into predetermined Slack channels so they are going right where they need to.
