Appbot allows you to analyze many different sources of customer feedback. We call these different sources of feedback “Sources”. The most popular Sources our users connect to Appbot are:
- app reviews
- support tickets
- NPS responses
- social media.
How to add a new App or Source:
- To add a new mobile app or other customer feedback source, navigate to the Manage Sources page in the top right corner of your Appbot account and click “Add Source” on the right:
- Choose which type of source you want to add:
- In this example we’ll add an iOS app. Tell us which country to search first, type your app’s name, hit ‘Search’ and we’ll hunt down your app:
- Once we have found your app you can add it by pressing the blue ‘Add App’ button. Press the ‘Add All By Publisher’ button if you want to track all the apps made by that particular publisher.
Whenever you add a new source, we will dispatch our bots to go and grab your reviews, survey responses, support tickets etc. The bots are pretty quick but if you have a large amount of historical data sometimes you’ll have to allow an hour or so for all your data to be collected.
Repeat the process until you’ve added all the apps and other sources you want to track, and remember to add your competitor’s apps too!
If you can’t find an app or product you’re looking for…
You might need to add your app or product manually. This is usually necessary for region-restricted apps. Learn how to add it manually here.
Adding Your Team’s Apps to Your Account
Below your apps you’ll find the Team Sources list. Here you will be able to see all of the sources your fellow team members are tracking.
By default, your Team Leader’s sources will be selected from the dropdown. But you can change it to view the sources of your other team members, or sources from “All Team Members”
Beside each app, you have the option to add that app into your own list of tracked apps by pressing “Add To My Sources” .
You can also add all of the apps in the list to your collection of tracked apps by pressing the blue “Add All To My Sources” button at the top of the list.
