When you have multiple variants of products on Amazon (for example 1, 2 and 4 pack) listed together on the one product page, Amazon shows each review on all the available variants on the product page. This means that we can only fetch the reviews together under the parent product, not as individual product variants.
In the Reviews page you can see which variant relates to the review listed in the device type:
The product variant is also included in the Export Report – Reviews under Device.
Large and Premium accounts can export the reviews as a CSV or Excel file and use their chosen spreadsheet program to filter by the device.
